The longest toenail record: The Guinness World Record for the longest toenails belonged to Louise Hollis of California. Her ten toenails reached a combined length of 87 inches (220.98 cm). They were so long that she could only walk by lifting her heels, and she had to wear custom shoes with 3-inch thick soles to keep them from dragging.
