Clarification Regarding Membership, Payments and Participation

Dear WOWARE Members and Community,


We have recently become aware of information circulating online alleging that WOWARE forces individuals to recharge funds, make investments, or become paid members in order to participate in the platform.


We hereby issue this official statement to clarify our position and ensure that all members and the public have accurate information.


1. WOWARE IS NOT AN INVESTMENT PLATFORM


WOWARE is not an investment platform and does not require individuals to make investments in order to participate in our basic platform activities.


Any statements claiming that WOWARE forces members to invest or recharge funds are not an accurate representation of our participation model.


2. PARTICIPATION IS VOLUNTARY


WOWARE does not force anyone to become a paid member.


Everyone is free to decide whether or not to participate in our membership services. Individuals who do not wish to purchase a paid membership may still participate in the basic activities available to PT0 members.


3. FREE PT0 PARTICIPATION


All new members can participate as PT0 members without paying a membership fee.


PT0 members may participate in WOWARE product promotion activities and receive corresponding rewards or profits according to the applicable platform rules.


Members may also participate in the WOWARE E-Commerce Business Center and access e-commerce-related earning opportunities.


4. PT0 E-COMMERCE EARNINGS
For PT0 members who participate in the e-commerce program, their earnings are recorded in the E-Commerce Earnings System and can be withdrawn.


5. MEMBERSHIP IS A CHOICE


Paid membership is an optional membership service designed to provide additional membership benefits and privileges.
Just like an S&R membership, membership is completely optional. Those who want access to exclusive member discounts products, special offers, and additional membership benefits may choose to purchase a membership.


No individual should feel pressured to purchase a membership.


We respect every person’s right to make their own decision based on their circumstances, understanding, and needs.


6. PLEASE RELY ON OFFICIAL INFORMATION


We encourage all members and prospective members to obtain information through WOWARE's official channels and their designated customer managers.


Please do not rely on unverified claims, screenshots, rumors, or information circulated by unidentified individuals online.


WOWARE remains committed to providing clear information regarding our platform, membership services, product promotion activities, and e-commerce programs.
